It was January 01, 2013 when I first attempted to start a blog and my first title was whynot? porque no? when Jennifer and I moved to South Korea to teach English.

Jennifer and I met during college in Arlington, Texas. After dating for 3 years and a little after a year of marriage, we moved to East TN. A year later, we moved to Incheon, South Korea. A year later, we moved to Coyhaique, Chile for a six-month volunteer teaching job. We came back to TN and moved to Nashville where we bought a house. We became Foster Parents. We sold our Nashville house after living there for 3 years and fixing it up. We moved to the suburbs of Nashville and we bought a second house to live and fix. We bought a school bus to convert in a tiny home. All along we have taken random trips to different countries and we will continue doing it.

So people always ask why, why we moved, why be foster parents, why travel to that specific country?

The simple answer to that is WHYNOT? I will also say that besides taking spontaneous decisions, Jennifer and I often do ALOT of planning when choosing that particular idea.

So here it is, whynotlocos comes from the answer to many of the questions that we often get asked and "locos" is the Spanish word for crazy. Whynolocos because many people often think that we are a little crazy.

It has been a little over 3 months that we have been working on the conversion of the school bus and for the last 2 weeks I have been working on setting up www.whynotlocos.com website to share with you about our lifestyle, travels, and adventures. I will be trying to post a blog at least once a week about those topics you can find in my page.
